Especially if you live anywhere close to the sea. Considering that all appliances have metallic parts, it’s best to keep them dry after cleaning.

Regular maintenance

Home appliances do better if maintained regularly. Use the calendar or a planner to remember when your appliance is due for regular maintenance, It is a good idea to keep maintenance records handy with documentation when you need to call the technician. The technician is more likely to ask you information about the appliance including, brand, make and model number and date of purchase if still under warranty.

Know the breaking points

stick to the recommended load capacity, if it takes 5 kg of load, then don’t ever push it beyond that limit. Every appliance is carefully stress-tested and made with certain limitations.

Try not to fix things yourself

Even though it’s a good idea to try to DIY at home, it’s best not to try it with home appliances that need technical know-how.
